Autodesk has just added a new summary dashboard in the Autodesk Account, manage.autodesk.com and admins now have access to this dashboard at the top of their Autodesk Account homepage. This dashboard highlights real-time data for all teams the admin manages so they can quickly assess user assignments, usage trends, and case management to gauge overall account health.
Surfacing key account information that has historically been nested within other tabs helps admins identify potential issues and act on them quickly to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
All Primary and Secondary Admins will now see the summary dashboard directly on their Autodesk Account homepage to monitor health data for all teams they manage including:
- Available seats
- Active users over the last 30 days
- Open support cases
Each data card also contains links to the appropriate pages for more detailed information.
This new summary dashboard will help admins make more informed, data-driven decisions by breaking down data into easily consumable chunks of visual information to help identify what’s going well and areas of improvement.
