Joseph Gaffney is the Director of Design Technology Services at Colliers Engineering & Design (CED), where his team is focused on creating, managing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that align with CED's evolving business objectives. With 25 years of experience in the AEC field, he leads efforts in training, workflow management, and production support, specializing in software implementation, workflow optimization, and ensuring adherence to project standards.
Susan Koenigs is the Director of Digital Practices for Affiliated Engineers. With a 35+ year career that began with the practice of architecture and came to encompass technology across multiple AEC disciplines, Susan Koenigs is ideally qualified to explore, verify, and implement the evolving technologies transforming AEC’s future. She has lead technology innovation in a variety of AEC companies, including Callison, Sparling, Stantec and Affiliated Engineers. She serves on several AEC software advisory groups, and as board president of the AEC IT Leaders national non-profit organization.
